Every treatment plan starts with you: where you are now, and where you want to be.
I work with women and men looking to feel better, function better and get back to the things that matter to them. Acupuncture may be helpful for concerns such as chronic and acute pain, stress, sleep, headaches, digestive concerns, women's health and other conditions.
Each treatment is individualized. Your first appointment includes time to talk through your concerns, health history and goals, followed by an acupuncture treatment tailored to you.
You don't need to know exactly what treatment you need before you book. If you're unsure which appointment is right for you, please contact me and I can help you choose.
